Excellent condition, only worn twice!
Size small measures 60” from shoulder to hem.
For reference - I am 5’7” and this dress was the perfect length when I wore heels.

@gi_marie sorry for my late response. I uploaded a new picture with a tape measure, the waistline laying flat is 13”. However, there are ties on the inside (i attached a picture as well), so this is adjustable and can be made bigger.
