I’m about 140 and 5’4. Im hoping to go back to around 125 if I work out diligently and stop eating dessert. 😿 I’m more bottom heavy than top. A lot of dresses back when I was skinnier were too loose in the bust but fit in the hip. Do you think this dress is meant for someone more bust heavy?
