Hi! The sizing on Mate’s website isn’t super clear, I’m not sure if I’d be a small or medium.. What’s the lay flat measurement across the band, and top of strap down to band? Thanks!

@casmolka 11.5 inch width band across and the strap from where it attaches to top of shoulder 8 inch long or shorter with adjustments
