leahfields77 Donna, Hi, I wanted to you to know so you wouldn’t worry that I shipped your package last week but we got 10” of snow and then another 4” with an ice storm that followed so it was a little late getting out, I couldn’t dig the car out for days. I’m not sure why tracking isn’t showing up yet but I’ll go down to the PO tomorrow to check, it’s been doing this sometimes lately. You may get it before tracking shows that you did. leahfields77 Hey Donna, so I’ve been aggravating the postal service & PM SUPPORT daily and today finally got a reply from PM. They’ve tracked the package (there’s actually 4 of them I shipped same day) and they’ll have tracking fixed on here ASAP. Usually this gets the package moving again. We’ve been hit over & over again with snowstorms & ice storms. It’s been awful, I assume that’s contributed to these late non-tracking packages. I’m so sincerely sorry about this! leahfields77 @wonderturtle I try to be understanding but lately I am frustrated with USPS: I’ve sold online (e b a y before here) for 2 decades, you never use to have to worry about shipping packages- practically no risk involved. As long as you had tracking it was fine. But the past 3-4 years it’s a crapshoot if things will go smoothly or if your package will disappear for days or weeks, no one has answers for it, and tracking is useless! Then right when you’re about to go crazy POOF it pops back up!

I know there was a lot of snow here, I get things happen, but Alaska has “mail” right? Lol Did the snow really cause the whole system to break down? I’m very sorry you have waited so long, I could go on for Days about this. It’s killing me!
