Expandable width at top from 2- 2 1/2 inches with snap tabs. Bottom width 4 inches wide. Has 5 feet on the bottom. All hardware is silver. Handle is 5 1/2 from top of handle to top of bag. 18 1/2 inches with attachable long strap. Has 3 numbers written inside top of bag by zip pocket. Probably written by the store. (See photo)
