These are brand new. Never worn and I have held at my weight and keep dropping as I’m a true 28p now so, these are simply too big. These will fit a size 10P or waist measures across 16.5-17.5” across as there’s a ton of stretch not only at the waist but throughout the thigh area comfortably as they have a lot of stretch to them.
