Excellent used condition dress I bought it second hand but only wore it once. The top part is cotton style with embroidery and elastic on the neck and arm openings. The skirt is a tight stretch spandex like fabric. It holds the shape nice. I’m an XS normally. The bottom fit a bit tight but the top fit a little big. I’m curvier on my bottom half so maybe best for a top half curvy girl.
