M.S.S.P. size L navy blue full maxi skirt NWT

Max Studio Specialty Products (M.S.S.P.) size L navy blue full maxi skirt with embroidery detail in ivory. Waist is elastic and can be worn high waist or mid waist and fits more like a S/M. I am size 8 and it feels too snug and am estimating the fit based on myself. Skirt has sheer areas - see picture of skirt spread out. Skirt length 39" with lining approximately 17".
