moonbeamki @nereichek tell me about it! I have a single 1 star rating and the lady rated her order a month after she received it AND she didn't reach out to me before the rating.. I sent her a message to simply hit the "re-posh" button and I would buy my bag back. She hasn't done that either! SMH - I even send free gifts on on orders where people send me low ball offers just because I want to put a smile of peoples faces... I must remind myself can't please everyone!
