Mac Duggal - Gorgeous chiffon maxi dress with cut-out sides and back, pleated bodice, and a sexy lace-up open back. Dramatic ruffles accent the shoulders, and a flowy tiered skirt completes the look. I had it altered so that there is no longer a train in the back (as is seen on the Mac Duggal website). The skirt part of the dress measures 47 inches.
