These are an all neoprene hunting boot, about 14" tall. Unlike Muck type boots which have a rubber 'shoe area' on the bottom and change to neoprene, these are all neoprene. They are marked as a size 10, but they were too narrow for me (my foot is pretty wide and I often have to buy 11's). They were also snug in the toes. So I'd say these would comfortably fit a 9 1/2 who isn't too wide. I wish they would have fit as I find that on Muck type boots the neoprene rips where it joins the rubber shoe section and they leak. I'm guessing that these would not have that problem. They appear to be unused with no wear on the soles. Questions? Leave a comment below!
