@razoavilap hello! As far as I know, not altered. I found this exact dress in another listing here on Poshmark and it also has no sleeves. The person I bought it from is an avid collector of magnolia pearl, she would not cut anything for sure. The other listing here on PM is calling the dress the ooak slip dress :)
