@ambrosia028 Hey there! Just wanted to keep you updated on your handbag. I see that the "return to sender" has been processed by the USPS so looks like it's being returned to me. I still haven't heard back from Poshmark. They will have to issue me a new Pre-Paid Label before I can return it back to you so hopefully I will hear from them soon. Hey Amber. I finally heard back from Poshmark about your order. They told me to contact them again when the purse arrives back to me and then they will reach out to you to get a new Prepaid label sent to me. I assume this just means they will verify the new address with you before they issue a new label. I am assuming what happened is that you moved and hadn't updated your address?

I still was unclear exactly what happened. My tracking just said there was a problem with the address. There is no further tracking available on the return to me, it just says the return to sender has been processed. I will get back with you as soon as I learn anything new. Thank you for your patience. I am so sorry you are having to wait.

The storm arrived here in Virginia last night and we are now without power but have a generator to keep things going thank goodness! Hope it won't stay off long. I am so happy that your sweet little bag arrived safely after so much trouble and more happy to hear you are safe and sound!! Take care.
