mikalaqw Hi!!! You just received an item from my closet. We work closely with the Post Office and they are the ones that told us this suggestion to use their free boxes and that since our items are Priority they qualify without any additional charge. I was directed that if you’re ever told that you will need to pay extra to contact your head postmaster. I hope that will help you to resolve-evaluate your 3 Star rating as we pride ourselves on being a Posh Ambassador and Top Seller.

kan_dake @mikalaqw Yes I understand you work closely with the post office. But being a Poshmark Ambassador you should know that one of the rules is to not ship in flat rate boxes. Because the postage that Poshmark gives you does not cover the cost of the box which is approximately $14.

mikalaqw @kan_dake and...now I feel terrible because I just looked at the case of boxes they gave us and these are ‘flat rate’, not the typical Priority boxes that they usually drop by to our boutique. I, Thank you bc this gives me a chance to check all my other shipments that went out. I’m sorry I didn’t catch which boxes you meant initially, since the Priority are those recommended I was totally confused. My total apologies, hun. I’m so happy he didn’t charge you additional!

mikalaqw @kan_dake This is directly from Poshmark below. Just remember - and this is important! - you need to ship using the boxes that are labeled "Priority Mail," "Priority Mail Flat Rate," or "Regional Rate." USPS boxes labeled "Express Mail" are NOT allowed and may cause delays in shipping and receiving your earnings. The boxes I have here are ‘Priority Mail Flat rate’, which wouldn’t incur an additional fee. Was it in an express mail box?
