mollypie19 I'm so sorry I couldnt figure out how to reach out to you directly... I purchased the AE jeans and wanted to let you know they haven't arrived and are still showing "in transit".. . I've tried numerous times to find out more info from the post office, and I'm not sure why I'm the world at one point it said undeliverable.. I've never had anything like this happen before and I'm not sure what to do next... this is what I sent to Poshmark along with a screenshot...

mollypie19 "The only information I can get when I track the package sent is "in transit".. I've even tried calling the post office numerous times.. I got a message from Poshmark saying my package had been undeliverable (I'm not sure why I've never had an issue before)

mollypie19 I setup redelivery which was supposed to be the 19th and it still isn't here.. please let the seller know I'm not holding up payment, i just truly don't have the delivery yet and I'm not sure what else to do. I've attached a screenshot of the tracking from this morning as well. Thanks so much, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated"

fcanouse @mollypie19 Hello! No worries, I have been tracking it on my end as well and have noticed they haven't been delivered yet. I am so sorry it is taking so long, I have a few other shipments that are in the same boat. I would try to message posh again to see what they can do about it. I'm thinking it is just going to be a waiting game until they are able to locate the package! I'm so sorry for this inconvenience!

mollypie19 @fcanouse it is totally not your fault.. I just feel bad not releasing payment, but I'm afraid of I do and then they end up completely lost for good poshmark will say I received them.. it's just a sticky situation, once they arrive, I'll accept the order, promise! Merry Christmas!!

fcanouse @mollypie19 No problem at all! I know in the past (I've been on both sides the seller and shopper) when an order was considered to be lost they refunded both the seller the money they were supposed to get as well as the shopper the money that they spent! So worse comes to worse we can just email Posh and they should be able to help! Thanks for reaching out! 😊
