vanessalynn812 @victoria_luca chest is about 16 inches across. Waist is 22 circumference but can stretch to about 32. Note that the waist sits a bit higher than true waist (though not empire waist is even close)

vanessalynn812 @victoria_luca the material itself is not stretchy. I did measure from armpit to armpit across the chest. Since it crosses over, there is plenty of room for various bra sizes I think!
