Purchased at saks fifth avenue; Manolo Blahnik navy blue leather flat hangisi. I sold these on a different platform to a nightmare scenario where they were not returned in the same pristine shape as sent. The dispute ended in my favor but I am now hyper vigilant and adding video and photos of the scratches that are now on the shoes from the original buyer.
