Marc by Marc Jacobs Normandy Blue Sequins Peplum Dress. Gorgeous sequin around collar, waist and sleeves. Really beautiful for work or an evening out. Size is XS but would fit a Small as well. Fits right above the knee for me (I'm 5'4). Material is viscose and poly. Very light and great movement. Bought at Bloomingdales in NYC. Fitted waist and peplum skirt are great for creating an hour glass shape!

It was purchased in Bloomingdales in NYC. Let me know if you have other questions. It's brand new and I had high hopes of fitting into it but never lost enough 😟!
