What size is the bag? Any signs of wear? And are there locks on each side of the bag?

@dmv523 the locks are only on one side. The only sign of wear is a small makeup stain in the small zippered inner pocket. The dimensions of the bag are 14"L x 8"w, the handles have a drop length of 8".
