Beautiful dress bought at a boutique shop in Chicago called Penelope. I couldn’t find ecommerce photos of the dress (from designer Margot Molyneux). But it is long, oversized, with fitted shoulders and 3/4 sleeves. Button closure and stash to cinch in the waist (currently hung on the hanger inside of the dress). I am tagging this as Caron Callahan for exposure and because the shape and textile are similar to that band.
