Yes -- they are insulated -- I believe most of these would be considered water repellent/resistant, but I'll take a look when I get home and let you know what I find, as well as the model number and inseam. bagsandgear The tag on the pants seems to indicated a 34-inch inseam -- I'm 5'11'' and these would be the right size for me (think ski boots or snowboard boots on).

bagsandgear by my measurement, it looks like the outer shell is 33 inches and the snow gator (the part underneath that's tight around your boot) is 34 inches. Thanks!
