ceegee22 @angelfire_davis of course. Shoulder to shoulder is around 17inches, very stretchy and can extend off the shoulder. the hip area is 19.5 and the full length is a hair over 32 inches. All of these were taken with it lying flat, and the material is very flowy and stretchy just for reference :)
