This dress is perfect for spring and summer - it is Swiss dot cotton stretch fabric. The red dots are raised to create a textured look in person. It is a size small and true to size. I have worn once and it has been dry cleaned since that wear. The length is a long midi - I am 5’7 and usual size 2-4 dress size. It can go on or off the shoulders and light weight stretch fabric.
