PLEASE READ These are brand new with tags! I couldn't exchange them because they had already been exchanged once before, but there's nothing wrong with them. They definitely fit on the bigger end (closer to 5T imo) and have kind of a high waist. They'd fit 4T fine especially if you roll the legs. These were $20 each new, so $80 altogether. I'd like to keep them as a bundle.
