Hi, I'm Deidre, and it's awesome to meet you! I'm a San Antonio native and a long-time posher. I am a Human Resources Director for an aquatics management company by day, a middle school coach of many sports by night, and a petsitter at any time. I find adventure in every day, mainly in time spent with family and friends. I am a fan of roller coasters, live concerts, toasted marshmallows, vintage anything, and spending time in the sun. No clue how I had followers b4 I ever listed an item. Holding off on listing more until I find some things out I either over looked or missed in FAQs. Can I offer bundles only when asked? dkcasey0920 @blovelyboutique Hi, Mary! Welcome to the Poshmark community! Often when new users join and begin following or liking listings, their names appear in veteran poshers' news feeds. When we click on your name it takes us to your closet, which alerts us to the fact that you are new or a budding posher. That's likely how you obtained followers before listing items.

If you share your items by clicking the share button in your listings at non-party times, they are shared to the feeds of your followers.

dkcasey0920 @blovelyboutique You can set up a bundle discount in your closet in your settings if you like, so that shoppers can automatically bundle items without your assistance if they like at a discounted rate. They can purchase bundles in your closet even if you don't offer a bundle discount, though. I hope that helps answer some of your questions. Let me know if I can answer any others. :)

blovelyboutique Thank you, helps a whole bunch. The part where you said they can bundle anyway, that means they can bundle, just no discount offered by me for bundling? In this case, if they bundle anyway, and the items exceed 5 lbs then I would still need to request a new shipping label and say, an extra $3.99 in shipping at my cost?

dkcasey0920 @blovelyboutique Yes, that is correct. Poshmark usually just deducts the additional shipping from the earnings. I don't think that would happen often unless you have items proved quite low and someone was tempted to purchase a bunch at once. I've only ever had to increase shipping for heavy boots or multiple pairs of jeans or leather in the same bundle.

My best advice to increase followers is to share, share, share other people's listings and to follow as many people as you can as well. Sharing host picks from the parties may also help. Basically, the more time you spend sharing and being active in the app, the better your chances of increasing activity in your own closet. I hope that helps!!!!

dkcasey0920 @liles1216 Yes, you would only have to pay the shipping fee once if we generate the bundle instead of two individual purchases. You would actually end up getting a reduced shipping rate if I price the bundle above the $60 and then reduce it after you click the Like button on it, since Poshmark is offering the Closet Clear Out Promo (items reduced 10% or more before a buyer purchases qualify for reduced shipping).

In regards to your question, though, I've been a Posher since 12/7/2011, so I've had a LONG time to acquire followers. I'm also a suggested user, so when new people join the app, I'm sometimes recommended to be followed.

Go into the Find People section a few times a day and follow all the suggested users (the list of suggested users changes every couple of hours throughout the day). 2. Pick a couple and follow everyone who they follow or everyone who follows them. It will take a lot of time, but it will work.

It's tedious but it will work to increase your followers and exposure to your closet. Another thing you could do would be to share listings from the host picks or new listings of a party, or to share listings of new people from the Find New People section.

Do you do Posh to sell items you just don't wear anymore, or have you turned it into more of a business where you try and buy low and sell reasonable but with a profit? dkcasey0920 @biotch Oh no! No, I haven’t had that happen before, but if you emailed Poshmark support, I’m sure they will get back to you. If you don’t hear back from them within a day, I would send another message. All purchases on Poshmark are guaranteed, though, so rest assured that you will find some sort of resolution through Poshmark. Their support team is awesome!
