keithe104 Hey! Thanks so much for the fast shipping on the Kiehls :) I wanted to check in with you real quick though because the blue box that it was delivered in was torn open at both ends, as was the priority shipping box (it was held together with a rubber band.) I'm hesitant to use the product since you said it was new and had never been opened but if you can confirm that this was how it was shipped then I can put worries aside - thanks!

I had opened the Kiehls box to take pictures of the product but that’s all, wouldn’t say it was ripped but maybe showing signs of the box being opened...as for the priority shipping box I’m not sure about that. It sounds like it could have been damaged in shipping? I packed it up at the post office and only used shipping tape no rubber bands...sounds like damage in shipping to me but that wouldn’t affect the actual product I wouldn’t think..
