luv2luvutoo Hi Doll, I inspected the item before shipment and it looks like more of a cover up top than a dress. Are you ok with that? It was ordered as a dress but it’s short like a top. I wanted to reach out before shipping it. The length is 28” Approximately. Please let me know. Thank you.
