The Mahogany Mink with Fox Trim Coat was inspected by Bensky Furs and the coat has no tears and the fur is in great condition. You will need to get the Mink coat conditioned for the season. jeannehsieh @ghj_fashions I want to return it, but on posh system its shipping is not yet updated, I’m not sure how to proceed this. I had contacted poshmark support, not haven’t heard back yet

ghj_fashions You need to go ahead and ship it back to me today. Your return days is limited. Ship it back to me for me to sign for it by Fedex only. Do not send it USPS. Send it Fedex ground & for me to sign for it. Donna Redwood, 1208 Twin Lakes Dr. Little Rock, AR 72205.

jeannehsieh @ghj_fashions I’m not very sure whether this is a legit return process… could you please contact posh and let them updated the shipping status immediately, so that I can report this issue to posh and proceed return when obeying their policy? Thanks

ghj_fashions I just read the policy and it states that all sales are final. The Mink Coat is a small and was verified, examined and documented by a Fur specialist, before I shipped it to you. Poshmark has already been contacted regarding the shipping status update. I have already contacted Poshmark today.

ghj_fashions As of 3-15-22, My Mink Fur coat has not been delivered, order #6220ebfb02bcafa9cd96c9ab. USPS stated today, 3-15-22 at 1:38pm that the label was printed only, but the box has not been submitted to USPS for delivery for Tracking Number: 9405511109349854524207.-(per the USPS Supervisor). Another Tracking Number : 9405511109349887366164 is listed with the return going back to Minnesota to the buyer. Where is my Mink Fur Coat? Which Tracking Number is the correct one????

jeannehsieh @ghj_fashions 9405511109349887366164 is the USPS label you supposed to ship the item to me. I had dropped off the return package (packed the same as what I received and in the same box you sent out) using the return label provided by poshmark at USPS location last Friday (March 11) 2:01pm. Via tracking 9405511109349854524207 you should see USPS in possession of item, which is not consistent to what you said “the label was printed only, but the box has not been submitted to USPS for delivery”.

ghj_fashions The USPS Supervisor directly told me that the Label was printed only and the package had not been received by USPS. She extracted that from her system. The Return has not been Delivered.

jeannehsieh @ghj_fashions I had the tracking receipt printed by the USPS staff after I dropped off the return package. I had followed the poshmark instruction and policy to return this package to your address, the item had been handed over to USPS LAST FRIDAY 2:01pm, I don’t have it, therefore I think there’s nothing I can do at this point. Please reach out to poshmark if you need further assistance.
