mursahh Hey so I shipped your sweater I think 3/4days ago or so but I hadn’t selected the ship button on the app. Today the app said it was cancelled because of the delay, I guess it must automatically do that if I don’t mark it as shipped (never had that happen) 🥲. But it’s on its way so don’t worry if you see that it’s been cancelled I already sent it! I sent them and email to try and fix it :)

mursahh @herewego_again okay they sent me an email just saying they saw it was tracking and they’ll resend you the option to accept the order :) sorry I did take a little longer than usual to ship that one busy work week last week!! Hope it’s a good fit :)

herewego_again @mursahh Hi... I got an email from Posh saying to select keep or return, but when I go to the order, it won’t let me select anything, it just says cancelled... I contacted their customer support letting them know that I want to keep it and repay for it so you can get your money... I’m just waiting for a reply from them!
