Hello fellow Poshers! I love quality textiles in clothing and home goods. All my listings are from my own closet and I only list items like new or great used condition. I donate anything that has pilling or imperfections. I’m still learning how to take good pictures and other user tools and grateful to other Poshers for any tips you could provide. fani3334 @poshocean Hi. You bought an unused brand new product for almost 50% off with the shipping included. I shipped it quickly and kept an eye out for the tracking. When I saw it had not tracked I not only reached out to you but also Canada Post. You gave me a 3 star rating because you hadn't paid attention to the quantity/ml in the description? That's on you.

poshocean @fani3334 your customer service was excellent for sure. I’m sorry you felt my rating was rude. It wasn’t meant to be rude. The serum wasn’t enough for one application so for $25, I don’t think it was good value.

fani3334 @poshocean Dermalogica is an expensive brand. It would have cost you 60$. It did not upset me. I simply wanted to point out that you not paying attention to the quantity and giving me a 3 star review based on that was not fair. Please do not bother deleting it, I have sold about 200 items here and they were all 5 star reviews..one petty review is nothing.

poshocean @fani3334 for the record, I paid full price for shipping and the total amount came to just under $40. For less than one application, that is a lot of money. The way you’ve responded to my review is extremely disappointing. You should have been concerned that the product wasn’t full. I have removed my negative rating but I’m very mad now at thinking how much I paid. So I hope you’re happy.

poshocean @fani3334 ok great. Also, for the record, I use all dermalogica products so I know what I’m buying. What I bought was a gift with purchase. I knew that when buying, but expected I could get a couple of applications out of the bottle so I could try it. I think your reaction to my honesty if very poor customer relations. So we can leave it at that.

poshocean @merlekb thanks so much for reaching out to me as a new Posher. I haven’t had much success so far and have had more negative experiences than positive. I’m going to give it another week or two. I’ve been sharing, liking, posting to parties. But it’s people that contact directly through messaging that’s been the negative part. merlekb @poshocean Hi Irene, you have a beautiful closet with lovely items. Don't let a few obstacles stop you from an awesome community. It does take a while to pick up but once it does you are going to do great! I signed up back in November 2019 but didn't get going until February 2020 and are enjoying every moment now.
