I am a little confused on your rating because I never even wore that dress. Can you please explain how the item was not clean. I would much rather refund your money any remove the poor comment than have you unhappy. It is VERY important to me that my customers are happy. Let me know

@a2su96 well, I would be happy to refund your money...as I said, I never even wore it, I bought it off The Real Real website....and it is very very important to me that I have good ratings. I guess I should've inspected it better, I would NEVER sell a stained item intentionally

@a2su96 people like you give this app a BAD name. why would you give me 3 stars and tell me I can work on shipping when I shipped your item out within 2 days of your order date? Poshmark gives us 7 DAYS to ship before a shipment is considered late. I ship in 2 days and you rate me poorly? your not even new to the app. Look at the tracking the POST OFFICE delivered it to you a day late. That has NOTHING to do with me. If no one has ever told you before.. I'll be the one to do it, your a JERK.

@a2su96 I see that you finally accepted the order I shipped to you. Was concerned with the rating for it was shipped out to you the very next morning after you ordered. I don’t believe there were any issues with the leather jacket but please let me know if there was for I would gladly refund if you are not happy with it.

@a2su96 not what you expected? It’s a leather jacket and details were listed. That had nothing with the speed of shipping , condition etc which is what the rating is all about. But as I stated before, am happy to refund your money if you are unhappy with the item. Looking at previous remarks on your page I think this may just be your game.

@dbakken This has Nothing to do with the date of recieving item! I had (2) deaths in my family in 1 week. So I wasn't home to retrieve the package. Never said anything about delayed package. The item wasn't what was expected... A2s
