kellyjp1973 Hi,you bought my northface jacket.I don't understand your review.does that mean you are unhappy with all that you listed.because I take pride in all my items .they are not dirty ,I wash and recondition all my northface jackets.send them in tissue an a dryer sheet an I send next day .but lately it's been in a drop box cuz of the virus so I can't help how slow the mail goes.but you could sure step up your response time.I am sorry you were unhappy.
