@joyce1723 she made me ve. . Nmo her and never sent the item . I was able to call my bank and have them dispute it and I contacted Ven. and luckily I was able to get my money back . Report her as well ! I contacted poshmark and they said they can’t do anything about it , but if you know a seller is manipulating buyers to do outside transactions , they should be banned from using it !

@joyce1723 I got scammed out of $2800 on eBay. She sold me a Gucci purse and guaranteed 100% authentic and I had issues with the latch as soon as I tried to wear it. I have an extensive purse collection so I didn’t wear it right away. I then sent it to the Gucci repair in NY and they notified me that it wasn’t authentic. The salesperson at the Gucci in Bal Harbor didn’t catch that it wasn’t real. I’ve contacted the Massachusetts Attorney General which is where the item shipped from.

@heididgn that's so awful! I sent her half the payment for a Louis purse and she promised me she would send me the shipping confirmation after I sent that payment. Then I tried texting her and she stopped after she received the money. Now she is saying she returned my money but I just called my back and nothing was returned . Did you ever get your money back from her?

@muvadanii there could be multiple people in this scam because when @elanaezhova told me to ven. Mo her my money got sent to Erin-little 25 but @joyce1723 sent her money through Zelle , the bank told her the person that received it is Khalil Collins , so it could be a guy using fake names or a lot of people invoved @heididgn

@heididgn Zelle is like Pay p. . Al but it’s not secure . When I looked her up I got Washington and Joyce said elana Told her she’s from Seattle so it could be Seattle Washington ?
Also Elana’s name could possibly be Khalil Collins
And they bank with Huntington bank

Messaged her on facebook and told her to send it back to be or I would be filing a police report. She asked me why I told her why she said she has never scammed anyone before and told me to stop being rude or she wasn’t sending shit back. Now she has deleted her Facebook so it looks like I will have to try to get my money back the hard way 😩

@mrshmllo I paid her through FB too. The deal was $300 now and $300 when I received the bag. She was texting me up until I asked if she shipped it last night then I got her here and somehow came across this post ab how many people she’s scammed. She has now deleted her fb and blocked me from commenting on all of her posts and now hasn’t responded to any of my texts

@mrshmllo I said the same thing to my fiancé the second I sent the money and regretted it ever since! Then I got on here and saw all these comments. Just know karma is a real thing and she will have a ton of karma coming her way. Just sucks she’s blocked me from commenting on her posts so multiple other people will probably get scammed

@carleyyyyyy122 call your bank/ credit card and if the funds haven’t left they can cancel it or freeze your account if the the funds left they can dispute it . Contact whichever way you payed from and if the funds are in their system they can send it back to you ! I contacted ve..nmo after two and half days and the funds didn’t leave and they were able to give me my money back !

Contact your bank as well ! They can freeze you account or prevent the funds from leaving , and if it already left they can dispute it !

@ashs777 i contacted Facebook and they said the funds had already hit their account. I called my bank to dispute. They cancelled my card and everything too. I hope i can get my money back. :/

@jjackson9 facebook should do something because you didn’t get the product , if anything your bank would be able to dispute it because it’s a a lot of money if canceling the card doesn’t work , but i think it will !
Her husband Khalil Collins and her are in it together , think she lives in Seattle Washington or something @elenaezhova @elanaezhova , she’ll get what’s coming 😤

@jjackson9 one of the girls that got scammed and asked to talk to the supervisor and she was able to get her money back and it was through an app , maybe if you call them , and talk to them hopefully !
Because they told her the same thing where they couldn’t do anything and then she called them and talk to a supervisor

Also if the payments are still pending, you can email poshmark. Btw, the belt she is selling is not even hers. If you look really close to the detail of the receipt, it has a different name of the person that purchased it.

@mrshmllo no :( the bank denied my dispute because it was through a third party source. And so I contacted Facebook and they denied it as well since I personally sent her the money. Ugh!

@mrshmllo I used zelle to send the money. After 3 days, no response from her. Contacted zelle, and they were not able to find her name anymore. She removed her account . So I called my bank. They were able to locate her, the name is Khalil Hollins, who I transferred the money to. My bank did the investigation and because they both no longer can find the person on zelle, I was able to dispute.
