@aida_tineo Hi there. I’m very sorry & shocked to hear you’re unhappy with your purchase. With almost 800 perfect 5-star reviews, it’s always extra surprising for feedback such as you provided. You purchased vintage boots that are in great condition.. so probably be best to stay away from preowned items and pay the full retail price of about 3 to 4x what you paid. I would have gladly accepted them back before you “accepted” as well.
