Hi! I’ve been closely tracking your purchase on USPS. I recently contacted Poshmark as it appears the tracking hasn’t updated in several days. The package was last scanned at a Houston postal facility and I am concerned that there may be a delay due to the recent storm.

Based on the response I received from Poshmark, they will continue to monitor for tracking updates and asked that I reach out to them if nothing changes by October 2. I’m so sorry for the delays and will continue to follow up on the package status.

Hi I read your review. My issue is that you should probably buy a dress in person if you are unhappy with the color that sent to you. I gave you the color associated with the dress, perhaps you should look online once again and see that rose gold and gold in that dress is different.furthermore I told you the reason it said gold was because “Poshmark “ does not allow for a rose gold color. I put rose gold in the description. You got an amazing deal for that dress. I hope you enjoy it😒

@atlasjourney you are right—they are two different colors. The dress you sent is gold and not rose gold. I would completely blame it on the risk of buying online if I hadn’t specifically asked you before purchasing. I know it’s hard to see how things will turn out from pictures—I just wish your answer to my question had been truthful. The dress is beautiful, in good condition, and was shipped quickly. I appreciate those aspects, and hope we can sell it to someone who needs the gold color.

@lostnau ma am let’s clear some things I don’t have to lie to get your money. I do take my business serious that color is rose gold period. Also you will never have to worry about doing business with me again. Sellers beware she got this dress for $150 off, right color fast shipping and gave me a 2 star rating because the color looks “gold” to her instead of rose gold like the style tags matches up to be.

@atlasjourney I am praising all of the good attributes of this dress and your business. I’m not attacking you as a person or a seller. I can post side by side pictures of the dress in gold and rose-gold if you or anyone would like to see the difference. The only issue is that you described it as rose-gold twice when it clearly is gold. Someone will love it as it is, and I wish it could be us. This is a truthful review of a great transaction with one important miscommunication.
