@t0rres21 Dear Alejandro, I've never had a customer return an item, but I believe the way to do it is to click the link, "Customer Support". Then, in the "Category" drop-down menu, enter "Return"; provide the order number, and explain the reason you would like to return the item. If you'd like, add a photo of yourself in the shirt. I will contact customer support as well and inform them that I, too, believe the shirts run small. Please let me know how Poshmark responds. Thank you. Karen
