Hey your Etro loafers were sent back from my local usps for some unexplained reason. This has happened a few times and is highly irritating; however every time I make another attempt they accept the package (either BC of the realization of their own mistake or BC I have worn them down). Regardless, just know I am working on it and will be resending it tomorrow (Friday) morning. Thank you for patience.
