shoetrek I am sorry you are not happy with your purchase. I do not intend to mislead or misrepresent my fellow Poshers. As per Poshmark policy, the buyer has three days to examine and accept the item. If they believe the item was misrepresented it is well within the return policy to ask for a refund and Poshmark will into the transaction.

shoetrek In a case like this I believe you would have been refunded, provided the condition of the items are true. Otherwise to accept or remain silent indicates approval of the transaction. These checks and balances are there to protect all of us. That’s what makes Posh different and better than the other marketplace apps.
