vitalvintage79 So sorry that the box was damaged! Being that’s it effected my rating from a 5 to a 4. I am more than happy to file a complaint with usps to satisfy the complaint. If you want to send photos and return the dress I’ll do that with you. I’d be glad to do so. Its my privilege to help and some of my income depends on happy shoppers. Whatever I can do to help or change it please let me know. Things out of your control sometimes kill honest sellers and it’s not fair so I aim to do all I can.

vitalvintage79 Thank you for your consideration. ❤️ I do mean what I say... I will help anyone get treated fairly or like they deserve. I know how sometimes the smallest things can be looked over and it sucks. So I aim to help. Especially since Poshmark takes so much money from the seller. They should start covering some of the customer service issues instead of letting the seller or buyer get beat up. It’s happened to me as a buyer on here a handful of times. So being a seller now I see it’s on both sides.

shes_lucky_18 Hi Alex! just want to let you know that USPS picked up your package Saturday morning. I noticed the status has not changed to shipped yet and I had this issue a couple weeks ago. I have a pickup confirmation email from USPS. But they don't notify Poshmark to update the status. I didn't get an answer as to why. But when I contacted them it seemed to solve the problem. I'll contact USPS to check on this package and then it should show as shipped. Have a great day!🙂
