Hi! I'm Alex. Thanks for stopping by! I am adding new items periodically when I have a chance to go through my closet. It’s a lot of work to take photos and post. I admire the Poshmarkers who do this for a living 😍👗💍👜 All items are from my own closet or acquired from staging photoshoots where I hope others can find a new home for it. thriftandresell Hey there I see you left a negative review on my account for not having recieved your item. I understand you are frustrated but leaving me a negative review is not the right course of action to either get your money back or get the item. I shipped it out to the address poshmark provided to me & sometimes there are delays with shipments, you would have to contact poshmark customer service to find out what happened to your package, because that is out of my control!

thriftandresell Poshmark is in charge of shipping, they provide me the label, and once I drop off that label at Canada post (which I did), everything else is out of my hands, because I did ship out the package and you can confirm this through looking at the tracking info! I would appreciate if you would take down the negative feedback, because this is an issue with poshmark/Canada post, and nothing to do with me

lightinglux @thriftandresell I thought this was a private comment with poshmark and the seller for feedback this is not a way to get compensated to beat down the seller as I just got off the phone with Canada post trying to figure out the issue and I will try to resolve with them snd posh mark but just so you are informed i truely did not receive the item and funds have been released. I’ll remove the feedback in a few days when I have more info.

thriftandresell @eswbg8 I’ve had items in the past say delivered and then end up coming a few days later. Comments and feedback are public so people would check my feedback before purchasing, and once they see I have a 1 star feedback they would probably be deterred from purchasing

thriftandresell @eswbg8 I would suggest putting the feedback when you know someone has done something wrong, because doing it when you aren’t sure just ruins my reputation as a seller, when I did everything right with this order ): like I’m happy to help in any way I can, but this situation was completely out of control, idk why I’m the one getting punished

thriftandresell Plus you cannot put feedback 4 days after the item is complete! So if things are not handled correctly this could stay permanently

lightinglux @thriftandresell I understand I’m not here to punish you like I said, I Poshmark I did not know that this is a permanent mark where the community can review it I thought this was a private thing between the seller and the buyer so I will remove it and I will resolve it because I know there are lots of people who make their living on Poshmark all I know is I didn’t get my product.
