kat_du Hi Alexandra, thanks for purchasing my heels! Full disclosure, I have a pair of heel inserts on the inside which I planned to remove once the shoes sold, but it seems they’re not easily removable. I wanted to reach out and see if you still want them as is? They’re thin and don’t make the shoe smaller- they mostly help with comfort. You can see how they look like on the 3rd photo. Let me know if you still want them! If not, I completely understand. Thanks!
