mrslizzyg Hi it’s me again, so in my end the tracking for the shoes says it’s been in Texas since Jan 5,6,7 and shows in Transit. I’ve never had this happen. How weird 😏.

mrslizzyg @alexisteague_ hi Alexis.. I heard back from Poshmark and they show I shipped on Jan 3 and it is stuck in route in Houston. Apparently there’s an issue with the routing number. They said we have to wait till Jan 17 then they will proceed with the next step. (Not sure what that means 😏) ... I’m so sorry and bummed this has taken place. I’m out of town so I can’t check with the post office directly but I’ll try calling and see if I can get better help that way.

mrslizzyg Hi Alexis. Hope all is good. So I went to my Post Office to see where your package is. It’s at your local post office. I don’t know why. They either tried delivering it or it just stayed there. They couldn’t tell me here. Take this tracking number :9405510899359370868630

mrslizzyg This should be the same tracking number you show on your end. Let me know what happens and I according to Poshmark they have till tomorrow to figure out what’s next if the post office doesn’t have the package... agghhhh what a mess... so sorry 😞

mrslizzyg Hi Alexis, just left my post office and spoke to a supervisor who is looking into our issue. They gave me this number and told me to let them know what’s going on. Please feel free to call as well so they get it from both ends. Postal inspectors 877-876-2455. Hope this gets resolved 😊
