bee_hippie Very bummed that you had an issue with the 210. It’s very uncharacteristic for Hammitt’s to have issues but never the less it can happen from time to time. I have sent info to the Pish Team. I am happy to do whatever makes this right for you. I do have a buffed slate one that I was planning on keeping but will send it to you if you would like.
