eclecticeyz Hi Alice, I saw your review and wanted to let you know that the coat was shipped immediately and had to go to the headquarters to be authenticated and then was repackaged and shipped to you, which is the reason there was a delay. I also reached out to the headquarters and was told dur to the Thanksgiving holiday there would be an additional delay.
