br_making_waves Hi Alice. Thank you for asking about the waist size and stretch factor on the House of CB Sahara dress. The waist is 11-1/2" laid flat. According to their website they list "Some Stretch". In doing further research I realized I had mispriced the dress, so I have reposted the listing.
