abf138 @a_marie75 I found this info on Poshmark a help section . “If you are being asked to pay additional postage, it is likely that the package is overweight or the wrong box was used for shipping. If you receive a package with additional postage due upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package. It will be delivered back to the seller and we can issue them a new label so that they can repackage and reship the item to you. “

abf138 I don’t understand why because I used the boxes I’ve always used. If you’re able to return it to sender I can repackage and ship again. Sorry for any issue. Let me know what poshmark says.

abf138 I’ve also reached out to poshmark with all the delivery info I have- tracking number, shipping details, and type of box. I used a free priority mail box form Usps just like it says on the site to use. I’ve also used this box multiple times and there’s no way the contents were over the 4lb weight. Hopefully poshmark can resolve this.

a_marie75 @abf138 I finally got a response from poshmark. They are going to give me a credit for the postage. My carrier had already paid the postage, so I can't "refuse" it. Thanks!
