maryfullerton Hi! You bought the Rag and Bone camel-coloured blazer from me a couple of days ago. I think I’ve literally worn it once but I did notice a tiny mark on the back of one of the elbows. I didn’t see it until I was packing it up but wanted to let you know it’s there. It’s such a beautiful blazer I decided to send it to you anyway and see what you thought!

maryrandazzo01 Hi, it’s Mary. I still have not received the dress and skirt. Canada Post said you put it in late. I wanted to wear the dress this weekend. Now it says it won’t be shipped until at least the 22nd. I know I have the right to cancel. I feel bad about that but we should reach some sort of agreement. Let me know. Thx. Mary

aliyakay188 @maryrandazzo01 Hi Mary, I am really not sure what is going on. I always ship within 1-3 days after the order is placed. I shipped your order on Nov 12. It must relate to Canada Post service disruption due to flooding here in BC.

aliyakay188 You can also check to the tracking info on Canada Post. There is a confirmation that it was processed on Nov 12. Poshmark should have sent you an email with the tracking.

aliyakay188 @maryrandazzo01 Hi Mary, Poshmark gives the sellers between 1 to 3 days to ship. I followed the guidelines and shipped within that time frame. I am sorry if the dress can't arrive on time for your special occassion due to Canada Post service disruption. Although, I do not think it is fair, I will let Poshmark deal with this situation how they see fit.
