anndreuh I do not appreciate your review. If it was cracked you should have sent a picture, and not accepted the sale. I would not sell, and have never sold damaged goods. Sellers be cautious of this buyer.

allyhorn430 @anndreuh it didn't give me an option to accept the sale. It said I received my item and took me straight to a review. I didn't know what else to do. I would love to work this out.

anndreuh @allyhorn430 I'm sorry for my harsh comment, I was extremely surprised and just reacted without thinking. when I have purchased items, it asks if you received the item and at then gives you the option to accept, or create a case to be reviewed and put in what's wrong. at that point you would submit pictures of details of what's wrong with the item. I hope this helps, and not sure how's to go forward from here

allyhorn430 @anndreuh no worries. This is only my 4th or 5th purchase on here so admittedly not a wealth of experience but every other time it has given me an option to accept that an order was received and came as described, but not this time. I opened and closed the app, and even logged in an out and it still just took me directly to the review as if I'd already confirmed everything. I wasn't really sure what else to do at that point but I have contacted customer support.
