kleneisha OMG I made a major mistake and switched the mailing certificates. I swapped your shoes and someone elses jeans. I am contacting Posh to see how to rectify the situation. Please hold on to the package.

kleneisha Alma the Posh center says to open a case within 3 days, upload a picture of the wrong item and they will assist with the return. Can you do that? I have already sent them an email. I am so sorry for the inconvience.
