Hi, you had purchased the torrid hoodie from my closet and stated there was an issue with the zipper. I had no idea. I apologize for the oversight. I’d be happy to refund the purchase price and you can keep the hoodie. I am not sure if I need to contact Poshmark or if you need to but I want you to be happy with the purchase. Let me know.
